Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Finmato Appointment ("The Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Limitation of Liability (Important)

Infrastructure Provider Only: Finmato Appointment is strictly a technology infrastructure provider. We do not monitor, control, or endorse the content, messages, or bookings transmitted through our widgets.
User Conduct: You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for how you use the platform. We are not liable for any misuse, spam, abusive language, or inappropriate content entered into the booking widgets by third parties/end-users.
No Damages: Under no circumstances shall Finmato Appointment be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or reputational damage.

3. No Refund Policy

Ordinarily, we provided a comprehensive, fully functional live demo of our product available 24/7. Because you have the opportunity to fully test the platform before purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.

By making a purchase (Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime), you acknowledge that you have tested the demo and are satisfied with the product's functionality.

4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Finmato Appointment, its creators, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your use or misuse of the platform.
Content submitted through your booking widget by you or your customers.
Any violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

5. Custom Development & Self-Hosting

The purchase of a subscription (Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime) grants access to the generic, cloud-hosted version of Finmato Appointment as-is. It does not include:

Source code access or self-hosted deployment files.
Custom feature development or modifications specific to your business.
White-labeling beyond the standard options provided in the dashboard.

Custom Services Policy: Any requests for code modification, self-hosting setup, or custom features are treated as separate consulting engagements. These services start at a minimum fee of $200 USD for assessment/setup, followed by hourly billing based on current market rates for senior engineering time. We reserve the right to decline any custom work.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, uses the platform for illegal activities, or places undue burden on our infrastructure, without notice or refund.
